The TRASSIR TR-D2223WDZIR7 Morocco camera is a 2MP bullet IP camera for outdoor and indoor projects. It records FullHD 1920×1080 video at 25 or 30 fps. The motorzoom lens lets you adjust the view without manual refocus. This saves time during setup and later fine tuning.

Imaging and optics

The 1/2.8″ CMOS STARVIS sensor delivers high sensitivity and clear details. WDR 120 dB keeps faces and objects visible in strong contrast scenes. The mechanical ICR filter gives natural colour by day and higher sensitivity at night. IR illumination reaches up to 70 m, which helps cover long yards and access roads.

The 2.7–13.5 mm motorzoom lens covers wide to narrow scenes. At the wide end you get about 101° by 55°. At the tele end the view narrows to about 30° by 18° for detail. Moreover, three axis adjustment with pan, tilt and rotation simplifies exact aiming on walls, poles or building corners.

Audio, storage, and analytics

Firstly, the camera supports H.265+ compression to reduce bandwidth and storage needs. It also supports H.265 and H.264 for compatibility with many NVRs and VMS systems. Edge storage on a MicroSD card up to 128GB provides local backup if the network link fails. This is useful for remote sites in Morocco.

A built-in microphone records ambient sound for better incident review. Two-way audio is available through 1 audio input and 1 audio output. In addition, the camera includes rich IVS analytics. These include human and vehicle detection, line crossing, intrusion, loitering, people counting and face detection. Corridor mode optimises the image for narrow passages and aisles.

The camera integrates over standard network protocols. Supported protocols include TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, DHCP, DNS, DDNS, RTP, RTSP, RTCP, PPPoE, UPnP, SMTP, NTP and Onvif. Therefore, it connects easily to TRASSIR and other compatible recorders.

Power, build, and climate

The TR-D2223WDZIR7 uses PoE 802.3af or 12V DC, so wiring stays flexible. Power consumption is 7.8W on DC and 9.1W on PoE. The metal housing provides IP67 and IK08 ratings for dust, water and vandal resistance. Notably, a TVS 4000V surge protector helps against power spikes.

The camera operates from -40°C to +60°C, so it suits hot summers and cold nights. Consequently, it fits coastal air in Casablanca or exposed areas near industrial zones. Finally, the compact 234.33×77.5×73.4 mm body and moderate weight make installation straightforward for most mounting brackets.
