MiniNVR 3204R Morocco TRASSIR Network Video Recorder

The MiniNVR 3204R Morocco is a compact IP video recorder built on TRASSIR OS. It is designed for small and medium CCTV systems. The unit suits shops, offices, warehouses and other sites that need reliable recording.

Recording and performance

The recorder runs TRASSIR OS based on Linux for stable 24/7 work. It supports H.264 and H.265 compression to save storage and bandwidth. The NVR accepts 18, 16, 9 or 4 IP cameras, depending on the mode and camera types. Moreover, the main stream resolution goes up to 8MP, while the sub stream goes up to 720p.

Firstly, the unit handles two streams per channel with video or video and audio. The main stream bitrate per channel is up to 8 Mbps, while the sub stream bitrate is up to 1 Mbps. Playback modes include real time viewing of 2 channels at 8MP, 4 channels at 4MP or 6 channels at 2MP. Consequently, the recorder fits typical mixed camera layouts.

Video outputs and connectivity

The MiniNVR 3204R offers one VGA and one HDMI output. These can work as duplicate or independent outputs, with HDMI up to 2560×1600 and VGA up to 1920×1080. Therefore, you can connect a local control monitor and an additional screen for staff.

In addition, two Gigabit Ethernet ports allow flexible network design and camera grouping. Remote users can connect through TRASSIR Client, a web browser or Android and iOS apps. Cloud connection support simplifies access for integrators managing sites across Morocco. Audio 1 in and 1 out on RCA enable local listening and basic talkback.

Storage, build, and deployment

The NVR holds two 2.5″ or 3.5″ HDDs up to 8TB each. This capacity supports long retention times when using H.265 cameras. USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports on front and rear panels allow mouse control and archive export.

The recorder uses a 12V DC power supply and consumes up to 40W. Notably, the working temperature range is 10°C to 30°C, so it is ideal for equipment rooms and indoor racks. The metal case measures 380 x 315 x 52 mm and fits a 19″ rack with the included brackets. Finally, the MiniNVR 3204R comes with power supply, mouse, screws and datasheet, so installation starts quickly on site.
