TRASSIR TR-D8221WDCL3 Morocco Full-Time Color Dome

The TRASSIR TR-D8221WDCL3 Morocco dome is a compact 2MP full-time color IP camera. It records FullHD 1920×1080 video at 25 or 30 frames per second. The metal housing suits offices, shops, lobbies and reception desks. Moreover, its discreet design looks neat in modern interiors and small businesses.

Imaging and optics

The camera uses a 1/2.8″ CMOS STARVIS sensor with high sensitivity and low noise. Full-Time Color (FTC) mode and the fast F1.0 lens keep colour even in low light. Neutral white LEDs provide up to 30 m range for night scenes without harsh glare. Real WDR 120dB maintains detail in scenes with bright windows and dark corners. In addition, 3D DNR reduces digital noise to keep images clean and readable.

The 4.0 mm lens gives an 80° horizontal by 43° vertical viewing angle. This angle balances coverage and detail for entrances, corridors and small halls. Furthermore, pan, tilt and rotation adjustment let installers frame doorways, tills and waiting areas accurately.

Audio, storage, and analytics

Firstly, the camera supports H.265+ compression to lower bandwidth and storage requirements. It also supports H.265 and H.264, so it works with many NVR and VMS platforms. Edge recording on a MicroSD card up to 128GB provides a local backup archive. Therefore, video continues to be stored even if the recorder or network link fails.

A built-in microphone captures ambient audio from the scene. The audio output can drive an external speaker for simple two-way conversations. In addition, alarm 1 in and 1 out allow connection to sensors and sounders. IVS features include human detection, line crossing, intrusion detection, people counting and loitering alerts. Corridor mode optimises the stream for stairways and narrow aisles in compact sites.

The TR-D8221WDCL3 dome is powered by PoE 802.3af or 12V DC, giving cabling flexibility. Power consumption is modest at 4.2W on DC and 4.8W on PoE. The metal body offers IP66 protection against dust and water jets. A TVS 4000V surge suppressor helps protect internal electronics from voltage spikes.

Furthermore, the -40°C to +60°C operating range suits hot summers and cool coastal nights. Finally, the compact Ø93 x 92.2 mm size and light weight simplify ceiling and wall mounting in shops, offices and entrances.
