TRASSIR TR-D8221WDC Morocco 2MP Full-Time Color Dome

The TRASSIR TR-D8221WDC Morocco camera is a compact 2MP dome with full-time color imaging. It records FullHD 1920×1080 video at 25 or 30 fps. The low profile metal body suits offices, shops, lobbies and reception desks.

Imaging and optics

The camera uses a 1/2.8″ CMOS STARVIS sensor for high sensitivity. Real WDR 120 dB keeps details visible in bright and dark zones. Full-time color (FTC) mode and the fast F1.0 lens deliver colour images even in low light.

The 4.0 mm lens provides an 80° horizontal by 43° vertical field of view. Moreover, three axis adjustment with pan, tilt and rotation lets you frame doors, counters and corridors precisely. Mechanical ICR support helps optimise light handling while maintaining accurate colour during the day.

Audio, storage, and analytics

Firstly, the camera supports H.265+ compression to reduce bandwidth and storage needs. It also supports H.265 and H.264 for broad compatibility with NVRs and VMS platforms. Edge recording on a MicroSD card up to 128GB provides local backup if the recorder or link fails.

A built-in microphone records ambient sound, and an audio output allows simple two-way audio. In addition, alarm 1 in and 1 out let you connect sensors or sirens. IVS functions include human detection, line crossing, intrusion detection, people counting and loitering. Corridor mode optimises the image for stairways and narrow passages.

The TRASSIR TR-D8221WDC Morocco dome supports modern IP protocols. Supported protocols include TCP, IPv4/IPv6, HTTP, FTP, DHCP, DNS, DDNS, RTP, RTSP, RTCP, PPPoE, UPnP, SMTP, NTP and Onvif. Therefore, it integrates smoothly with TRASSIR systems and many third party platforms in Morocco.

Power, build, and climate

The camera can be powered by PoE 802.3af or 12V DC. Power consumption is very low at 1.8W on DC and 2.9W on PoE. Consequently, it fits energy sensitive projects and compact PoE switches.

The metal housing offers IP66 weather protection and IK10 impact resistance. A TVS 4000V surge suppressor helps protect against power spikes. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +60°C, so the camera handles Moroccan summer heat and cool coastal nights. Finally, the compact Ø93 x 92.2 mm body and low weight simplify installation on ceilings and walls.
